As someone who's used the word "viscerae" in a sex scene and a fairly extended torture analogy in another (unpublished) one that's actually one of the more consensual and constructive things I've ever written if you allow for "actual tiny psychopath really trying not to murder this guy just because she might have a feeling about him," I may be biased here, but --

(I have an actual policy of always trying to include one word or image I will probably never be able to use in a different sex scene. It passes the time.)
