Hello friend, it is time for Star Wars and I am so excited to see what you will write for me! If you want inspiration beyond this letter I am also ![[archiveofourown.org profile]](https://p.dreamwidth.org/b164c54b26e4/-/archiveofourown.org/favicon.ico)
kimaracretak, where I have a small but reflective-of-things-I-like set of bookmarks, and kimaracretak on 8tracks if you want #aesthetic musical inspiration.
I love Star Wars for its worldbuilding and mytharcs as well as the characters and relationships, and I am easy to please as long as you stay away from my DNWs (both general and canon-specific), so don't feel like you Have to write any of my specific prompts. Don't read anything into relative lengths of sections, I am equally happy to get something for anything in this letter! Some of these prompts are reused from old letters, and if you have written them for me before, rest assured that I loved your fic, I am simply greedy and would like to see every possible take on my favourite scenarios. I've split the letter up roughly by era, but feel free to put characters in other eras!

Leia/Qi'ra: I love any and all glimpses into the world where the no-good smuggler Leia falls for is Qi'ra instead of Han - whether that's a direct roleswap that puts Qi'Ra in Han's place for all of the OT or Qi'Ra and the Crimson Dawn are still more Empire-aligned even though Leia and the Rebellion work with them. How does their relationship change in a Sith!Leia AU - does Qi'Ra end up in the strange position of having a moral high ground trying to drag Leia out of a darker life, or does she fall, delighted, with Leia? I feel like there's some interesting potential with a Padme lived/Leia is somehow Queen of Naboo AU - given the galaxy-spanning consequences of the Trade Federation blockading Naboo, what's Queen Leia's relationship like with smugglers? Or just do a total 1940s LA noir AU! Give Leia a fun morally dubious girlfriend, is the point.
Jyn Erso/Mon Mothma: Rebellion leaders and the girls they dress up to die is one of my absolute favourite dynamics, and I love how much Jyn pushes back against it and how studiously un-conflicted Mon has to present. I would love a reckoning after Jyn comes back from Scarif, one that never quite resolves over the years. How do they find breaking points in each other? What does it do to you, to know so intimately when and how someone will bend, especially when you're not even sure you like them? How does Jyn become, willingly or not, a part of Mon's new Republic, or how does she convince herself to leave?
Mon Mothma/Hera Syndulla: I'm not saying I would have enjoyed Rebels more had it been four seasons of Hera and Mon running around the galaxy as their own two person rebel cell, but also I would totally watch four seasons of Hera and Mon running around the galaxy as their own two-person rebel cell, and if you want to write that, I'd be thrilled. Or Hera teaching Mon a bit more about flying, or bonding over the burdens of leadership, or post-Rebellion flygirl Hera dropping in to Chandrila at the Least opportune times simply to fluster her girlfriend the Chancellor (I am Weak for mostly-hidden sex in the Senate chambers if you want to go that route).
General: This book was so good to me, you guys. Underwater criminal cities! First Order lore! Politicking! Leia being tired and bitter and just wanting to go on An Adventure! Mercenary factions! Space fights! Bloodline was great for showing the wider bits of the GFFA, and I love all the potential for worldbuilding it opened up, especially Varish and the Lonerans.
Leia Organa/Carise Sindian: This is basically every single one of my hero/villain likes, tbh, right down to Carise not being able to hurt Leia directly even though she thinks she must. I'd love alllllll the fierce angsty manipulative hatesex. Leia punishing Carise, dirty talk involving the titles she doesn't have anymore, force-choking her? Carise brings out Leia's dark side in a beautifully raw way and I would read several novels worth of them fucking (with) each other. General politicking and manipulation is also excellent if you don't want to go the PWP route. I'd prefer things set post-novel for them, whether they keep running into each other for years after Leia leaves the Senate (epistolary fic covering those years would be super neat) or they have a one-off encounter in a seedy cantina somewhere.
General: I play a female cyborg Sith Inquisitor named Nevrasa in SWTOR. You can read more about her here if you want to write about her specifically, or you can use a generic inquisitor/your own/etc, I'm not picky and love meeting other peoples' PCs (and Nevrasa suffers a bit from 'first OC in this fandom' syndrome and isn't that fleshed out of a character).
Female Sith Inquisitor/Darth Zash: I picked this class because of the Force magic and ended up buried under a pile of women-and-embodiment feelings. As I do. Everything from how Zash had to sacrifice her life essence to the Force in order to maintain her life for an eternity, to what it meant for a (cyborg) inquisitor to hear people talking about how and why she has to kill the (cyborg) Skotia. Add in the expectations of the master/apprentice dynamic and I am on the floor with feelings. I'm good with this being set at any time period, with feelings being requited or unrequited. I'm also super intrigued by the AU where Zash ends up sharing the inquisitor's body, instead of Khem Val's. Basically, tell me about loyalty, and age, and magic, Sith betrayals and Sith passions. Do they eventually find a new body for Zash? Does she become a Force ghost/learn how to do some sort of Force-projection from inside Khem Val's body? Or maybe the two of them just have a quiet moment (or a not so quiet mission) together before everything goes to shit.
Female Sith Inquisitor & Ragate: The rite of blood and bone is such a tiny sidequest and yet -- I love it, infinitely. Ragate makes a fascinating contrast to Darth Zash for the inquisitor, I think, not only in her whole concept of how Force magic works but also in her acceptance of age as a necessary price to pay for life. I'd love something from the inquistor's pov reflecting on that, or even Ragate's, if she knows who's apprentice she is. Ragate sends you into the blood pool saying I will await you here. If you die, I will forget you -- what sort of process is that forgetting? How many inquisitors has she forgotten, and seen succeed, and what makes this one special, if anything? Does the inquisitor try to replicate this sort of future-seeing elsewhere? Does Ragate survive the Korriban Incursion and put the later-game inquisitor through another ritual? Basically I just want something that digs into all the wonderfully weird bits of Force-magic and future-seeing and ladies and mentorship and all the associated feelings. [ blood legacy dialogue trees, for reference ]
Mon Mothma/Rae Sloane: Is hatesex too obvious? I don't care, I'd die for it. But I'm also totally happy with something non-smutty, the draw of this ship is two brilliant, competent women with some obvious degree of respect and a surprising if minimal amount of trust for each other on opposite sides of a war, and dealing with that. One or the other trying to convince the other to join their side, or an AU where they're successful? The early days of the First Order in the Unknown Region are bonkers and I love them, maybe Mon ends up there somehow?
Rae Sloane & Rey: Jakku is of and for the dead, and I want to know everything about the Imperial Remnant's time there, the Observatory, the Navigators, etc etc. I see a real tension in the FO between Force-users and military types, and I'm curious where Rae Sloane falls in that. I'm particularly fond of timeline-fuckery where Sloane takes baby Rey with her during the Remnant's flight, but perhaps she finds her way back and meets Rey later, or something. Give me Grand Admiral Rey, or Rey in Kylo's place as Snoke's apprentice. Undead Rey? Force-made-manifest Rey? Force-sensitive Rae? Empress Sloane and her hand-picked daughter? All Good.
Jyn Erso/Rey: Lovely, lonely, angry desert babes - I feel like they'd have so much to bond over, and I'd love to see older survivor!Jyn with Rey, and how they slowly learn to trust & love each other.
Qi'Ra/Rey: The could be a dream smuggling team - Qi'Ra picking Rey up from Jakku at some/any point - or something darker in an empire!Rey AU (super feel free to combine this with the Rae & Rey above!). Shenanigans, finding belonging in crime, fun or angsty porn - take this where you like!
Leia Organa/Rey: Mentorship, pining, established relationship, getting together ... I love it all. I have special fondness for training fics, whether that's like an AU where Rey is Jedi!Leia's padawan and the two of them go on a reforming-the-Jedi-order quest or something post-Crait where Leia and Rey build lightsabers together. I also enjoy Leia introducing Rey to luxuries she didn't have on Jakku -- baths, nice clothes/lingerie, etc. I'm still lowkey mad Padmé's wardrobe got flung into hyperspace, and missionfic to recover it would be delightful. Dark AUs (Sith!Leia, Snoke's apprentice!Rey, etc) would be fabulous as well, whether they're both dark side Force users, or one is trying to convince the other to join them. I love Vampire AUs always but especially for these two, whether that's just general vampires or something that puts the Masquerade into the SW verse.
Amilyn Holdo/Leia Organa: I love them. I love how much they love each other and I love how obvious it was even in less than five minutes of screentime. I want them to be happy together and I'd love something that speaks to the depth of their connection (or future depth, if you're writing them younger) - something set later in their lives after they've been together for a while, something earlier in their lives where they go 'oh, this is My Person' for the first time would be equally loved. Sexwise I prefer domme!Amilyn if you're playing with power dynamics but the other way around is good as well. In Sith!AUs, I'd love something exploring the darker side of the 'happiness is our moral imperative' line they kept repeating in PoA. If only one is Sith, explorations of how they try to bring the other to their side are wonderful. For fluffier things, I'd love something that puts Amilyn in Leia's life during the Rebellion/inter-war/Bloodline period, I'd love something that's a post-Crait fixit (someone give Amilyn/Leia + Rey/Ben the small cottage in the Chandrilan woods away from everything painful that they deserve, alternately, someone let Amilyn and Leia have the 'I can't believe we just survived that' sex on the Falcon/next Resistance base that they also deserve), I'd love them co-parenting baby Ben while Han's off doing something else. Plotty missionfic - something involving sentient spaceships/eldritch places (the wound in the Force where Alderaan used to be, creepy lakes on Gatalenta, abandoned ships/bases) would be loved too.
Jyn Erso/Amilyn Holdo/Leia Organa: This is my favourite 'complete opposites cannot help be drawn to each other' but with three ladies instead of two, so I really just want to read anything about them. First meetings, missionfic, character studies, Amilyn dyeing her lovers' hair, Imperial!Jyn running into the Resistance and having an 'oh no they're hot' moment. Feel free to make Jyn also an Imperial if that works with the Sith!Leia AUs! Maybe they're co-queens of dark!Alderaan and Amilyn's the Gatalentan ambassador that they slowly turn. Or in the Amilyn-survives-TLJ AU, she and Leia go to meet up with a Jyn who survived Rogue One and has a place where the rest of the Resistance can shelter. New Republic spymaster Jyn gets recruited to the Resistance. AU where Luke turns dark, and Jyn and Amilyn help her bring him back. The three of them finding each other in a Changeling: The Lost motley. All of the same abandoned places/architectural horror from the Amilyn/Leia prompts. I love everything about anger-as-love and the ways in which they could wind up supporting each other, but I also love their hard journey to that point.

Give me Grand Admiral Rey, or Rey in Kylo's place as Snoke's apprentice. Undead Rey? Force-made-manifest Rey? Force-sensitive Rae? Empress Sloane and her hand-picked daughter? All Good.
Star Wars Sequel Trilogy
Jyn Erso/Rey: Lovely, lonely, angry desert babes - I feel like they'd have so much to bond over, and I'd love to see older survivor!Jyn with Rey, and how they slowly learn to trust & love each other.
Qi'Ra/Rey: The could be a dream smuggling team - Qi'Ra picking Rey up from Jakku at some/any point - or something darker in an empire!Rey AU (super feel free to combine this with the Rae & Rey above!). Shenanigans, finding belonging in crime, fun or angsty porn - take this where you like!
Leia Organa/Rey: Mentorship, pining, established relationship, getting together ... I love it all. I have special fondness for training fics, whether that's like an AU where Rey is Jedi!Leia's padawan and the two of them go on a reforming-the-Jedi-order quest or something post-Crait where Leia and Rey build lightsabers together. I also enjoy Leia introducing Rey to luxuries she didn't have on Jakku -- baths, nice clothes/lingerie, etc. I'm still lowkey mad Padmé's wardrobe got flung into hyperspace, and missionfic to recover it would be delightful. Dark AUs (Sith!Leia, Snoke's apprentice!Rey, etc) would be fabulous as well, whether they're both dark side Force users, or one is trying to convince the other to join them. I love Vampire AUs always but especially for these two, whether that's just general vampires or something that puts the Masquerade into the SW verse.
Amilyn Holdo/Leia Organa: I love them. I love how much they love each other and I love how obvious it was even in less than five minutes of screentime. I want them to be happy together and I'd love something that speaks to the depth of their connection (or future depth, if you're writing them younger) - something set later in their lives after they've been together for a while, something earlier in their lives where they go 'oh, this is My Person' for the first time would be equally loved. Sexwise I prefer domme!Amilyn if you're playing with power dynamics but the other way around is good as well. In Sith!AUs, I'd love something exploring the darker side of the 'happiness is our moral imperative' line they kept repeating in PoA. If only one is Sith, explorations of how they try to bring the other to their side are wonderful. For fluffier things, I'd love something that puts Amilyn in Leia's life during the Rebellion/inter-war/Bloodline period, I'd love something that's a post-Crait fixit (someone give Amilyn/Leia + Rey/Ben the small cottage in the Chandrilan woods away from everything painful that they deserve, alternately, someone let Amilyn and Leia have the 'I can't believe we just survived that' sex on the Falcon/next Resistance base that they also deserve), I'd love them co-parenting baby Ben while Han's off doing something else. Plotty missionfic - something involving sentient spaceships/eldritch places (the wound in the Force where Alderaan used to be, creepy lakes on Gatalenta, abandoned ships/bases) would be loved too.
Jyn Erso/Amilyn Holdo/Leia Organa: This is my favourite 'complete opposites cannot help be drawn to each other' but with three ladies instead of two, so I really just want to read anything about them. First meetings, missionfic, character studies, Amilyn dyeing her lovers' hair, Imperial!Jyn running into the Resistance and having an 'oh no they're hot' moment. Feel free to make Jyn also an Imperial if that works with the Sith!Leia AUs! Maybe they're co-queens of dark!Alderaan and Amilyn's the Gatalentan ambassador that they slowly turn. Or in the Amilyn-survives-TLJ AU, she and Leia go to meet up with a Jyn who survived Rogue One and has a place where the rest of the Resistance can shelter. New Republic spymaster Jyn gets recruited to the Resistance. AU where Luke turns dark, and Jyn and Amilyn help her bring him back. The three of them finding each other in a Changeling: The Lost motley. All of the same abandoned places/architectural horror from the Amilyn/Leia prompts. I love everything about anger-as-love and the ways in which they could wind up supporting each other, but I also love their hard journey to that point.
