3weeks4dreamwidth time and I am celebrating the same way I always do by bringing a mini version of my old beloved ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
sharp_teeth to Dreamwidth! The fest is open to everyone and runs here for the full three weeks (until it's no longer May 15th in any timezone).
(no fancy promo banner yet because my photoshop skills are ass and I'm late to meet a friend at the farmer's market, but check back later maybe)
Rules
☠ This is a comment meme for creating works focussed on horror for any fictional canon, including original works and crossovers.summerofhorrorexchange has a list of horror subgenres for your inspiration, and you can also re-post prompts from the 2024 round.
☠ RPF is not allowed. Fictionalised versions of real people (e.g. prompts for Gentleman Jack) are allowed, provided they are not in extremely bad taste (war criminals, serial killers, etc). I determine what extremely bad taste is. This rule does not apply to fictional canons.
☠ This is a comment meme for gen (in the relationship sense, i.e. not focussed on romance or sex) fanworks. Background pairings are allowed, but should not be the focus of the work.
☠ This is a comment meme for Dreamwidth. Works should be Dreamwidth-exclusive for the duration of the event, to the extent possible (e.g. artists and podficcers obviously need to host somewhere, but fic should not be posted to AO3 or other sites until after the 15th). You can crosspost anywhere on Dreamwidth (your own journal or fic comm, other thematically relevant comms) at any point during the event, and anywhere else after May 15th.
☠ To participate in the meme, all you have to do is leave a prompt or reply to a prompt with a fill.
☠ Post your prompt as a comment to this post, one prompt per comment. Prompt comment subject lines should follow the format Fandom, Character(s), short description of prompt, for example Zone Blanche, Camille, came back wrong.
☠ 'Any fandom' and 'Specific fandom, any character' prompts are allowed.
