Letter will be finished by end of day Tuesday 30 October Wednesday 31 October, I don't have an excuse for this, though if you go through the tags I've written about most before. Sorry for the wait.

Hello friend, it is time for threesomes both soft and spooky (sometimes both at once!) and I am so excited to see what you will write for me! If you want inspiration beyond this, I am also @kimaracretak on tumblr (where I am only intermittently active but may have some thoughts on some of these canons/ships), 8tracks and playmoss (for #aesthetic takes on some of these canons/ships), and AO3, where I have a small but reflective of things I like collection of bookmarks.

I've by and large chosen canons I love for their worldbuilding and mytharcs as well as their characters and relationships, and I am easy to please as long as you stay away from my DNWs (both general and canon-specific), so don't feel like you Have to write any of my specific prompts. Don't read anything into relative lengths of sections, I am equally happy to get something for anything in this letter! Some of these prompts are reused from old letters, and if you have written them for me before, rest assured that I loved your fic, I am simply greedy and would like to see every possible take on my favourite scenarios.

If you are writing shipfic, I like everything from pre-ship feelings navigation to PWP, so for / relationships don't worry about whether they're shippy 'enough'. I don't need a lot of romance in my ships, sex for power, manipulation, or just between friends who want to have fun is also great. Unless specifically noted below, I don't tend to have V-shaped vs triad preferences for these ships, so whatever configuration you like is great even if I didn't prompt it specifically. Please no unrequested ships unless specifically allowed for, but feel free to combine any compatible ones from my requested ones.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

General: I am here for the vampires and the witches and the weird fey horror stuff, mostly! Drusilla was an early formative favourite of mine and I am here for anything where she gets to have a good time. Darkfic - including Wishverse - encouraged. Drusilla/Spike can be included as an also-extant ship alongside the requested Dru threesomes, but I'd rather he not play a huge role in those relationships. Character-turned-into-a-vampire fic does not fall under my character death DNW.

Fandom-specific DNW: Xander (including Wishverse Xander) or any ships involving him, Giles/Jenny.

Critical Role

General: I consider the campaign guide, artbook, and anything said on Talks Machina nebulously canon at best (and don't know much of what's said on Talks, because I can neither watch live nor afford Alpha) so feel free to conform to/depart from what they say as you wish. I'm familiar with most wider D&D lore/sourcebooks/mechanics from 3.5e onwards, including 5e's unearthed arcana, if you want inspiration for additional worldbuilding/plotting (though I know 4e best). I like fics that take into account mechanical D&D limitations (e.g. characters saying they need to rest before doing any more magic) but DNW characters using the actual real-world terms (e.g. characters saying they're 'out of spell slots'). I adore 4e's epic destinies and would love it if you incorporated relevant ones for the requested characters (special love for World Tree Guardian!Keyleth, Master of the Eternal Hunt!Vex, and Archspell!Delilah with Finger of Death, but, yknow, go wild!). Vampire!Cassandra is a welcome AU for any of these ships.

Goblin Market - Christina Rossetti

General: The poem is relatively short and here for easy reference, or if you are feeling unenthused about the request of mine you initially matched on and want to do something different. I love the way the poem plays with obsession and adoration and change and how people are dragged into and out of the weird spaces between life and death. I am also 100% here for an IN SPACE AU for this poem, so if you too would like a goblin market IN SPACE feel free to run with that! Any of the prompts in the Goblin Market section of my Darkest Night letter this year are fair game, including the setting-change AU ones. I am fine with permadeath of any of the requested characters here.

Picnic at Hanging Rock (TV 2018)

General: This show has a thesis of 'why be a girl when you could be an eldritch horror instead' because it loves me, it really loves me. I love the bonds and the backstabbing and the love-through-horror, I love the changeling girls and the amount of respect it gives stories of self-creation. Changeling: The Lost, vampire, and Sith Academy AUs gleefully accepted here, and any of the prompts in the PaHR section of my darkest night letter can be used here as well.

Tolkien's Legendarium

General: I love the lush expansiveness of Tolkien's work, the history and the care and the sheer amount of space characters are allowed to take up and that we are able to fill in. I am mostly after weird fy stuff here, but don't feel that your fic has to be all doom and gloom - moments of levity, happy trios dealing with supernatural things (happy trios murdering other things :D) are also excellent!

Stargate

General: I didn't really enjoy seasons 4 & 5 of Atlantis, with the exception of Keller's presence and a couple bits of wraith lore, so would prefer nothing that relies too much on that part of canon. Fey things and sentient cities are love, human exceptionalism and campy things are boring to me, old gods and half-gods and the promises and compromises made to survive in the Pegasus galaxy delight me. Canon-divergence AUs, especially Wraith Queen Teyla/Asuran Queen Elizabeth/Independent-from-Earth Atlantis, are love (all three in one fic or just one). Sentient Atlantis, whether as a worldbuilding detail or as a major plot point, will always make me happy.

Star Wars

General: Any of the AUs from this year's AUEx letter are fair game, including the setting-change ones. I've read Bloodline, Phasma, and Leia: Princess of Alderaan, seen Rebels and some of TCW, and play SWTOR & KOTOR2, but that's about as far as my canon or legends EU knowledge goes. Use/ignore elements of them as you wish, and if you borrow from elsewhere let me know so I know what to read next :D Force-sensitive Amilyn per Laura Dern's interview would be amazing, but also just the vaguely-witchy like in PoA is fine too. AUs where one or both of the twins were raised by Rebellion founder Padmé or Dark Empress/Sith Lord Padmé, or one or both of the twins are Sith/Jedi, are always gleefully accepted. I ship Rey/Kylo and Finn/Rose and am happy to see them as background relationships in compatible requests. Always-a-girl!Kylo is great in any fic where Kylo's plot-relevant. I'm thoroughly indifferent to Han/Leia so feel free to presume it never happened/open marriage/amicable divorce/Han's death as is convenient.

Fandom-specific DNW: Poe, Kylo-bashing, references to/acknowledgment of Amilyn's death (set fic with her pre-TLJ or have her survive the events of the movie in as much or as little detail as you like).
